  • How to unsubscribe from Viva


  1. In the left-hand menu of the Shopify app, click Viva Page Builder in the Apps section
  2. Click the Settings menu item in the left-hand menu
  3. In the Account & Billing section, click the Unsubscribe button. You will then be reverted back to the free plan.
